Avon Ultra Color Bold lipsticks (swatches + video)

Zdravo svima! Danas ćemo pričati o Avon Ultra Color Bold ruževima za usne koji su nedavno izašli :) Svoje utiske ću pisati na engleskom ispod svake slike za svoje strane čitaoce, a vas ću zamoliti da pogledate video o ovim ruževima koji se nalazi na kraju posta, kao i na mom YouTube kanalu jer sam tamo sve lepo objasnila :) I puno bi mi značilo kad biste me i tamo zapratili :)

Hello everyone! Today I'm going to talk about the new lipstick line from Avon called Ultra Color Bold :) I have already filmed a video on these which you can find on my YouTube channel, but since it's in Serbian and you probably wouldn't understand anything, this post is going to be in English ;) So, let's begin! :)

So let's start with the packaging. I really like it because it is the same as those in Ultra Color line - simple and with a transparent part on top of the cover, which makes it easier for you to find them in a pile because you can see the colour through it. As for the names, there are those words like "Red", "Mauve" "Extreme", "Berry", "Plum" and so on in almost every line and it's becoming a bit annoying (either that or I really like the names of China Glaze and Essence nail polishes, they are so cute!).

The formula in lighter shades is disappointing and sheer (as always) and I would really like if they could make a perfect nude or light pink colour in the future lipstick lines because those are a necessity. But the darker shades have a great formula!

There are 15 shades, and I will start with the lighter ones :)

1. Bare Impact

The perfect nude shade, in my opinion! I was very impressed with the pigmentation and how it looked with my skin tone. I like that it's not pinkish, but more brownish and it makes your teeth look whiter. I think it would go well with all skin tones.

2. Starburst Pink

A real Barbie pink! Such a shame it's sheer.

3. Peony Pop

A bit darker than the previous one with a sheer pigmentation.

4. Bright Nectar

A light coral. I don't like how it goes with my skin tone and it's badly pigmented.

5. Rapid Rose

A bit darker pink colour, it's more mauve, but I really like it because it's pigmented and natural and it's perfect for an everyday make up.

6. Fearless Fuchsia

A lovely bright pink colour, perfect for spring and summer. It will look great paired with a more simple eye make up look.

7. Coral Burst

A nicely pigmented coral colour.

8. Red Extreme

A classic red. I love wearing these shades of red because they look perfect with my light skin tone.

9. Ruby Shock 

Very similar to the previous one, but a bit darker.

10. Extreme Mauve

A dark pinkish colour with a hint of purple which looks great on the lips.

11. Hi-Def Plum

A lighter purple colour. Very interesting and with a great pigmentation.

12. Power Plum

I love it! It's a perfect dark plum which I think would look best on girls with an olive skin tone.

13. Berry Bold

Very similar to Ruby Shock, but a bit darker and with a hint of brown.

14. Max Mocha

A real surprise! I love it! It's a bit too much during the day, but it would look great in the evening paired with a darker make up look on the eyes. It's a bit sheer and you would need to use a lip liner underneath, but if you're brave enough - go for it! 

15. Bold Bordeaux

I really had trouble with applying this one, because it's so sheer which is a shame, it's such a pretty burgundy colour, perfect for autumn and winter.
